LMS Black 5 4-6-0 45212, complete with Lostock Hall 10D allocation, works hard past Long Preston, in heavy rain on 3rd March 2017, at the head of the 5M50 Carnforth - Hellifield - Blackburn - Carnforth mainline loaded test run. This was probably 45212's first mainline trip since 4th August 1968 - nearly 50 years.
