Appropriately wreathed in steam Ex LMS Ivatt 2-6-0 46521 departs Louughborough with the re-timed 11:05 service to Leicester North on 10/11/2013. 46521 carries a poppy wreath commemorating Remembrance Day. A short Remembrance service was held on the platform at Loughborough proir to departure, with 46521 whistling the beginning and end of the two minutes silence.
The 11:00 service is normally coevred by a heritage diesel locomotive, however on Remembrance Sunday the GCR rostered an additional steam locomotive to cover the service.
