Lucky Pup Rescue
Piper - February 2012 (1 - BEFORE)
February 2012 - Piper has found his forever home!
Piper is a very friendly pup always looking to please. He loves to play and really enjoyed romping in the snow and chasing snowballs. He's wondering when we will have some more snow! He is great with kids and is usually quite gentle but can get a little exuberant in his play so needs supervision and a firm leader. Piper loves to snuggle on the couch with his person and the cats. He should be crated when left alone as he is a curious pup and might get into trouble playing with items that are not meant for dogs. Piper meets his foster mom at the door when he sees her putting on her shoes. "Let's go for a ride!!" he says, and hee likes to put his nose out the sunroof and catch a breeze. He is quick to learn and would benefit from some training and definitely from regular exercise. He does know sit and down and responds well to a firm "NO". He is working on his recall and is a very loyal sweetie. He would do well in an active home with a family or a single person who likes outdoor activities. Give Piper that forever home he deserves for the holidays!
