Series V and VI Top to Bottom: Adapters, Retaining Rings and Lens Hoods.
With the silver ring (dual threaded retainer) above the hood two filters can be used. I have used 3 filters shooting B&W ... red or yellow, a haze and a polarizer.
The Series V is 30mm in diameter and the Series VI is 43mm in diameter. Between the two most popular shutter sizes used in the 19th Century.
