My recent visit to Strath Fillan, & the views to Laoigh, had me reminiscing of deepest winter, last February.

There are previous uploads from that day which I favoured more; but this one may be of interest as the light is markedly different. I think possibly the unforgivable blight of the alien conifers in this image put me off at the time. There are just too many stunning areas in the Highlands that have suffered horribly from the scourge of blanket plantations.
