5714 Addiscombe 0856 ex-CHX 7-1-84
The Addiscombe branch's main raison d'etre in its patter years was the depot and as a result there were through workings to/from Charing Cross against the peaks as trains returned to the depot. One such, the 0856 from Charing Cross, arrives at its destination. The train would have comprised ten coaches but it is unlikely there would have been as many passengers!
