Going away view of engine #5 pushing a load of coal towards the power house of the Elgin State Hospital in Elgin, Illinois. By the time of this photo, the hospital was one of very few, if not the only customer left on the AE&FRE. The AE&FRE interchanged these coal cars with Illinois Central just down the road at Coleman. Date is 4/4/71.
