It occupies the 102 to 118 floors of Sun Hung Kai Properties-owned International Commerce Centre, offering 312 rooms and making it the world's highest hotel. The hotel features both a bar and a pool located on 118th floor, which is the highest bar and swimming pool in the world respectively.
