Rooibos

This is a percolator filled with rooibos tea leaves . This was taken in our kitchen in the late afternoon .

 

I used a slow 0.5 shutter speed and a tripod.

 

I did not need to do a lot of post processing .

The highlights were already to my liking .

I darkened the blacks a bit with a colour curve remapping by decreasing the dark side edge .

As well as increasing the saturation on the tee to give the illusion of the glowing colour of the tea vibrating in a very solid container .
