Here's the top I made from the British Sewing Awards free download pattern.
Decided on size 12, and it's pretty good. Bit snug around the hips, so I made little vents each side, as inspired by the boxy blouse of my Mum's that I wanted to emulate.
I think a mewdiumweight interfacing would have eebn better than the heavyweight one I used around the neckline, but the alternative I had on Sunday when making it was very old and lightweight, which I felt wouldn't support the linen enough...
The only problem with linen is that, as soon as you bend your arms it creases at the elbows, and it's impossible to put on without doing so!!
