Upper-Body Buffer

Stand in front of chair, left knee on edge of seat, band looped under right foot on floor, ends of band in right hand. Bend forward and place left hand on seat, keeping back straight, to start. Draw right hand to rib cage (as shown); hold two seconds. Return to start for one rep. Do 10 reps. Repeat on left side.
