Inner City Illusions

Getting out and shooting is everything when your trying to improve your photography but if your anything like me there are a lot of other things that take precedence over what is essentially a hobby. A hobby I'm passionate about but in the end a hobby nonetheless.

 

Lately rather than bemoaning the fact I can't get out and shoot I've been using the small snippets of time I can carve out to spend on photography on educating myself. Formal courses, short tips on youtube or just looking at others work they've all contributed to what I feel are the improved and more consistent results I am getting from those few chances I do get to go out and shoot.

 

Of course there will always be things that are only going to improve by getting out and shooting. The diversity of what I'm shooting and composition to name but two but it's nice to be proactive in whatever way I can rather than bemoan the lack of time with camera in hand.
