Swallow-tailed Kite

This rare visitor showed up recently in Southern Ontario. One cool Saturday morning a friend of mine and I headed out to see this beauty. After two hours of waiting it showed up hunting insects while flying gracefully over bean fields. Fifteen minutes later it came to sit on a nearby tree to preen and rest. I used a software called InPixio to blur the leafy background behind the bird. The original photo is in the inset. I usually don't post process my photos, they mostly come straight from a raw file converted to jpeg format. This time I tired to do something new with the help of a software.
