Sometimes things don't work out the way you planned. Sometimes you end up cooking your film to death in dektol til it's so dark your scanner can't see it as negative film so you have to scan it as slide film and invert it afterwards, adjust curves, levels, contrast etc... Sometimes you just have to say, "Oh well, I won't do that again...Or maybe I will. Maybe I'll do it on purpose next time." ...Happy accidents and all that.
Expired 2006 Kodak Ultra GC 400
presoak water 5 minutes
dektol 1:9 18 minutes
then
hairdye 1 tsp to 12 oz water 22 minutes
then fix Ilford Rapid Fix 10 minutes
all temps about 74 F
I wouldn't recommend it if you like an easy job of scanning.
