ILSX 1309

Minnesota Northern left behind ILSX 1309 at Dakota Junction before departing back to home base in Crookston, so it was sitting pretty for a roster photo. This locomotive has had quite the career since it was built in October 1959 for the Southern as a high hood SD24. Cool to see some Indiana Harbor Belt colors in Minnesota, though patched, is still some neat variety.
