The motliest ex-CN cowl in operation by the NPR leads the Thief River Falls Turn westward after taking the switch off of the CP Noyes Subdivision onto home rails. Both lines are former Soo Line mainlines. The foreground mainline is the route between Glenwood to Noyes and through to Winnipeg, while the NPR travels the "Wheat Line" to Fordville and through to both Kenmare and Devils Lake.
