A Wisconsin Tradition

We went to a cookout at Bonniejean's house - she's our host and

liaison from Wisconsin Public Radio. She and her boyfriend, Eric,

prepared a feast, including these brats (bratwurst), which they boiled

in beer for 2 hours (!) before grilling them. And were they ever

scrumptious. Kayvon, my co-facilitator, opted for Boca brats, the

meat-free version.
