As you can guess this is all done by Linzi and her special effects make skills (SFX).
We started out with a simple concept that myself and D-W-J-S (friend David) would take some behind the scenes (BTS) shots of Linzi preparing the make-up and the story line that goes with it.
The story line was stepping on a plug on a cluttered floor!
The shots were going to be the 'about to step on the plug' shot and the 'aftermath' holes in the foot shot....as we were preparing the shots some ideas were generated that ended up we had some in-between shots too.
Hope you enjoy it as much as we did making these.
