Endor Star Wars - WWII Mashup [1]
Handpainting the Rebel symbol and the Union Jack was a lot of fun. Here you can see the bayonet and BAR pouch sported on the very Star Wars-ey backpack. That backpack was a sprue which I filed flat angles into, cut in half, and used the halves as top + bottom backpack sections.
The blaster is a combination of a gunmetal + brown SMLE with a specially-drilled MG34 barrel. Plus a working iron sight made with a drilled-through Lego lever top. The MG34 used to be a medium blue freebie!
