The Waves

A shoutout to two of my very knowledgeable wordsmith friends, Dr. Alok Karulkar & Dr. Arvind Gupta. Guys, kindly help me with this word that describes this phenomenon of reducing visual contrast in a mountain range, that is observed by our naked eyes & captured by a lens that much more clearly. The closest row of mountains looks darker & then the subsequent rows gradually fade away to the horizon.
