Clone ordnance specialist "Bomb Squad"
Clone ordnance specialists were specialized clone troopers in the Grand Army of the Republic, trained to disarm and dispose of bombs and explosive devices. This was the most dangerous job in the army and it required a gentle touch, steady nerves and a sense of how machines work from the troopers.

Heading way back to Season 1 of the Clone Wars, I've made a Bomb Squad Clone as seen in the Blue Shadow Virus story arc.
I never quite liked Lego's version, so I decided to amp up the design and make this custom with extra detail. This figure features my new torso template along with belt decals along the side, finished with wrap-around leg and arm decals and a painted helmet. I didn't extend the arm design to the inside of the forearm because I didn't know where the design stopped.
I tried to make this as accurate to the show as possible, save for the emblem on the shoulder pad. I really found the designs on these clones interesting and thought they deserved more screen time. Coincidentally, Tyler (CAC) released his P2 Bomb Squad helmet just after I started designing this guy. I'm happy with the outcome, so I'd like to hear what you all think!
