Attacker

Supermarine Attacker F.1 WA473 at the Fleet Air Arm Museum, RNAS Yeovilton, Somerset, on 8th August 2010.

 

The Attacker is a direct descendant of the Spitfire, using the wing of the Spiteful, which was in turn a development of the Spitfire, having the same tail surfaces as the Spitfire F.24.
