Health problems: Chin state Burma

Due to the remoteness and neglect of SPDC there is a real lack of access to basic health care. This lady suffers from goitar (caused by a lack of iodized salt.) From visiting 10 villages there were over 12 ladies suffering from this problem with no medical assistance from the authorities.
