This possibility - switching only the foot - looks best, but the doll cannot stand this way at all - at least Cuprit can't. That means, if you choose this variant, modding would be necessary to make the ancles more functional, maybe to create a locking mechanism. But aesthetically, it is a pleasing version, in my opinion.
