British Architect, Sir Norman Foster, has created a stunning new tourist attraction with the introduction of two spiral ramps, each 230, (250 yards) long, with a constant slope of 8 degrees, which lead you round a tower of 360 mirrors, which direct daylight into the plenary chamber below.
