Kayak Trailer

With the addition of a second kayak to the fleet transportation became an issue, particularly as we only had a small vehicle. The solution was a specially built kayak trailer to carry both the boats and the all the associated gear.

The trailer was made as compact as possible because garage accommodation was limited. The rear overhang is within legal limits and a fluorescent safety flag is attached to the kayak rudder to ensure vehicles behind are aware of overhang.

The trailer was fitted with sporty wheels and new tyres (no recaps here) including spare.
