The date of publication is uncertain. However, the brochure includes images of Erie shovels loading Mack AC Model 5 1/2 ton dump trucks, which were in production between 1916 and 1939. Therefore the brochure was produced some time between 1916 and 1927 when Erie merged with Bucyrus to become Bucyrus-Erie.
The brochure comprehensively covers the Erie GA-2 Gas+Air shovel, powered by a 75 HP Waukesha gasoline engine and having a working weight of 66,500 lbs.
