70000 RPM Bearing Endurance Test Rig
Description,
This test rig is created for validate and evaluate the performance and endurance life of bearing under the required speed and load condition.
The testing rig is consist a variable speed motor, coupled to a step up Gear Box to get the desired speed range. The output of the SGB shall be connected to a spindle assembly. There are two test bearing and two support bearing. This rig is capable to endure for 36 hour of continuous duty operation.
There are 6 main components in the rig:-
1)Variable speed motor
2)Loading System
3)Lubrication system
4)Instrumentation
5)Automation
6)Data acquisition system
