glass daisy detail
This photo shows a small section of a pale green pressed glass vase with an embossed daisy design. The vase is about the size of a hardcover novel, but the detail above shows only the daisy's center with its nearby radiating petals. The daisy center (rounded area above) is 1.25in/3.1cm in diameter. Cropped from iPhone 4:3 to 3:5.
Kind of a chance shot - I was taking a glass of sea glass to a sunny window for a shot, and I had to move this vase off the sill. Then I thought, maybe the vase would make an interesting shot. Not what I expected - especially the dark lines (?), but that's part of the fun. HMM
