... the fish sommelier, that is!
One night in Hawaii, we ate at Mina's Fish House. As we were seated, the host said the fish sommelier would be over soon. We had no idea what to expect. But shortly, a man carrying a bowl of fish on seaweed came to our table and introduced himself as the fish sommelier. He then proceeded to describe the fish what they were and were like, where and how they were caught, and how they were prepared. He answered questions and made suggestions based on what we told him about other seafood we liked - very helpful since a lot of the fish on the menu were new to us. Delicious, unique seafood for us - and one excellent pork chop - along with a cocktail served in a Spam can.
I grabbed this shot of the fish bowl as we were walking out - wish I had thought to take one of the sommelier in action. :-)
