A huge part of my world tumbled down.

Warning bells rang and many tried to stop it

Too little too late, a life lost from malpractice

Devastated, shock, anger

Speechless

She was so happy full of laughter and joy

Devastation

Holds tight the joy she bought to my world

Deeply grieved I was not there in her last moments of life

It was never meant to be this way

This fucking government and corporations

Blood is on their hands
