Focus on the good

Despite the obstacle

 

Trust that no matter what is being played out

Individually or on the world stage

There is a greater picture which is yet to unfold and become clear to you

 

Accept what is

And trust in the greater process

 

So trust no matter what

Do not trust in fools

Trust in yourself only

 

Anchor yourself daily

In this positive field of Energy

 

Attract only positive

 

When you are faced with

Adversity - as you will -

 

Learn from it

Rise above it

Accept 'what is'

 

Others will attempt to destroy you

 

That is the dark force

It is very real

Accept it

 

We too are both light and dark

 

The dark forces agenda is to trap humanity in places of darkness - this manifests in forms of

anger, hostility, hatred, fear

- *anything that is the polar opposite to Love

 

Now more than ever

It is imperative to

Anchor and ground yourself

In the Power of Love &

Gratitude

 

It is like mind exercises

It does not mean

You do not hurt

 

Sometimes you become broken

Unable to soar

Take the time

To Heal

To Learn

To let go and let be

Just 'be'

Present in this moment

 

And realize the world we live in

Is both good and bad

Others will seek to destroy your light

 

There is great strength in

Gentleness and Kindness

Some see this as a weakness

To take away your power

. . . Have pity on them, forgive them for they are so trapped in darkness

 

Do not give them any kind of energy . . . not even your thoughts

 

If you stumble

As you will . . .

 

Turn in on yourself

Tap into the authentic self

The soul wisdom

 

When you can move from being the victim

Trust me no matter what you endure

You will rise from the ashes

 

Stronger, wiser

Tap into the Spiritual Warrior that dares to be awoken from her slumber

 

Give Gratitude for all

Then fly once more

Into the beautiful realm

 

Of Love & Light

Soar like an Eagle once more
