Cycle Path - ruined by bad repairs #1

Location: Talavera Rd (N. Ryde), between Khartoum Rd and Astra Zeneca Pharmaceuticals.
While new paths are opened with fanfare, exisitng paths are allowed to deteriorate. Utility companies are allowed to leave paths in a mess.
The original smooth concrete surface has been replaced with inferior tarmac. The tarmaced area measures 7.2m x 1.7m. The surface is so rutted that no-one wants to ride or walk on it. Puddles form in the ruts in wet weather.
