Before (2)

A ViTrains class 47, with a few refinements.

It was a fiddly job, as the handrails, wipers, NRN aerial etc arent fitted and you have to fit them yourself, from frets supplied in the detail bag.

As usual, Ive used a mixture of Heljan, Bachmann and Hornby pipes and fittings on the bufferbeams.

The Shawplan nameplates and plaques that I had were fitted too. These make all the difference.

I had taken the bogie frames off, removed the wheels and had sprayed these individually, ensuring no half weathered wheels!

Next up - weathering.
