The case of the sliced tomato

For Iron Photographer 217 where the elements are:

 

1 - a cartoon figure

2 - something used in cooking

3 - noir

 

So I raided an old toybox and found this action man of unknown provenance. Not sure if he's a cartoon or not....

Here he is saving the world from sliced tomatoes.
