Perserverance

Here I took three images. One of the skater jumping, one of her falling, and one of her getting back up. I then duplicated the layer of her getting up and kept it in color I changed all the other layers to black and white. I used the magnetic lasso tool to cut out the image of just the skater (delete the background) and reduced the opacity of her jumping and her falling. I then used the eraser tool to erase the skater getting back up from the black and white copy, so that she would be the only color part of the image. I then added the Perserverance title in Lithos Pro font and I made the color a very pale pink, almost white. I added a black stroke and a drop shadow to it. I then put the definition in the bottom corner, using the same color and a drop shadow and stroke as well.

I am very happy with how this turned out.
