"Dynamic" Tianjin

Still can't get built after 10 years! Sticking as an eye soar right at the end of Nanjing Lu - one of the main avenues of the city.
In 2008 (when Tianjin hosted some of the Olympic events) to cover this shame city had wrapped the skeleton with a colorful plastic wrap displaying Tianjin's official slogan - "Dynamic Tianjin" Although Tianjin is truly dynamic - one of the most dynamic places of China; selection of this particular object to display that idea was really ironic!
