Lisa and Kate: The complexity of their relationship only began when they danced, and yet a kind of emotional stasis held sway, while through the narrative in the choreography other characters emerged. In just a slice of a moment in their choreography you could see the duplicity and support and both the dominance and submission of each of them. Their pieces were filled with these moments of pure visual metaphor, subconscious whispered story lines. Relationships always seem to have triangles.
