To make Kaylee look like this, I mostly used to the bloat, warp, and pucker tool. I enlarged her eyes using the bloat tool, and shrunk her nose. Since she wasn't smiling in the first picture, I warped her mouth to look like it was smiling. I added volume and length to her hair using the warp.
