Notes:

This card was released in the 4th series of Meiji Chocolate promo cards. The series included 12 cards. They were released exclusively in Japan. 1 random card could be found inside a box of Japanese Meiji chocolate in 2005/October. These cards feature the Meiji logo. This is the first Delta Species Pikachu and also the first Metal Pikachu.

 

PCG-P Promotional cards replaced the "ADV-P" Promotional cards in January 2004. These cards were numbered ###/PCG-P (PCG-P for Pokémon Card Game Promotional). Similar to the English promo cards, these cards featured a black star "PROMO" symbol

 

When Nintendo took over the publishing duties of Wizards of the Coast, they started adding a nine digit code called an ID number, starting with EX Ruby & Sapphire. The ID number is in the bottom left corner and is represented as XXX-XXX-XXX, and is different from card to card. Nintendo’s official statement doesn't say what this code is for, except that that it is for internal use only and they're not meant to be used within the TCG, nor is meant for collecting.
