Notes:

This card was released in the 6th series of McDonald's promo cards. The series included 10 cards. They were released exclusively at Japanese McDonald's in 2005/July. Each Happy Meal lunch set purchased included 1 random card. These cards feature the McDonald's logo.

 

PCG-P Promotional cards replaced the "ADV-P" Promotional cards in January 2004. These cards were numbered ###/PCG-P (PCG-P for Pokémon Card Game Promotional). Similar to the English promo cards, these cards featured a black star "PROMO" symbol.

 

When Nintendo took over the publishing duties of Wizards of the Coast, they started adding a nine digit code called an ID number, starting with EX Ruby & Sapphire. The ID number is in the bottom left corner and is represented as XXX-XXX-XXX, and is different from card to card. Nintendo’s official statement doesn't say what this code is for, except that that it is for internal use only and they're not meant to be used within the TCG, nor is meant for collecting.
