Tamara Bianchi draws on her 23 years of experience in the relocation profession, in her role as Director, Client Development. Her experience and knowledge in both transferee service and account management for large and small companies with diverse levels of policy complexity makes Tamara a key contributor to the management team. Her involvement with CapRelo’s Federal Government (GSA) service team assured front line customer-centric service to the agency contacts, transferees, suppliers and internal customers.
Bianchi’s most recent role is that of managing the client development support and marketing team. This includes such activities as managing proposal responses, communications standards, client annual reviews, customer satisfaction surveys, internal and external reporting, supplier management and web maintenance. Ms. Bianchi is currently serving her second, non-consecutive role as a member of Worldwide ERC’s® Mobility Editorial Committee, and is a Certified Relocation Professional. She was awarded a Meritorious Service Award in the spring of 2008.
