The Pied Piper

So this is my first attempt at doing some purist designs. Probably one of the more unsung members of the Villainous Rogues. I tried to go for his New 52 look (The New 52 rogues are pretty cool, except for Heatwave's design). He is probably one of the more simple designs.

 

Anyway, I hope to finish up the last one of my Rogues group. I hope you like it.
