Opposite Villains

Foil Characters. Just about every superhero has/needs one. They're there to represent the complete opposite of what the hero stands for. I was watching the trailer for DC's "Necessary Evil" (which I still need to watch btw,), and I thought about doing a group shot of some heroes with their counters. The left side has a true foil villain, and on the right is a more literal reverse of the superhero.

 

BATMAN -

(left) Joker: The polar opposite of the dark knight. While Batman fights for truth and vengeance, hoping to save Gotham, believing that life truly is beautiful. Batman fights crime using an appearance of fear and vengeance. On the other hand, Joker is a nihilist, who believes nothing truly matters. He also ironically commits murders but trying to make the world smile.

 

(right) Killer Moth - deemed as the "anti-Batman" with his array of moth themed batman gadgets like the Moth-Mobile and the Mothcave.

 

SUPERMAN -

 

(left) General Zod - A kryptonian who uses his powers on Earth for the good of Krypton.

 

(right) Bizarro - Just look at him. He has Freeze vision, heat breath, He can ONLY see through lead.

 

FLASH -

 

(left) Captain Cold - The man who can bring Flash to a stop with his cold gun.

 

(right) Reverse-Flash - Pretty self explanatory.
