my 1944 BSA M20

This one came to me in 1988 pretty much as you see it. It was still in postwar Bronze Green paint, with the auction numbers still on it-the bike had been in storage for a number of years with about 5 other M20s in Canada. Original pannier bags and a full toolset came with the bike. I took it back to its wartime configuration, by taking off the postwar number plates. The '104' Royal Artillery formation sign was under a layer of paint, long with other markings, such as "Drive on the right" painted in big red letters on the top of the tank (I have the keycard-this machine was rebuilt in Germany in 1953 by REME)
