Blizzard
My area was right in the bulls-eye Wednesday evening for the snow, and so far this morning we have what looks to be over a foot. It has been a very dry light and fluffy snow due to the preceding ultra cold temperatures and I was suspect of any scenic value that may remain after morning due to the lack of adhesion to vertical surfaces. I went out driving around in it until almost midnight looking for a light post to hopefully capture the heavy snow falling. I found this one in an industrial park near my house, the sky was literally falling down with snow at this time and was hard to see to drive. It can be seen the slight amounts on the trees, and that is what I think makes of breaks any snow's scenic value. This morning it has stopped, the wind blew a little, and we are left with the worn out look already of darkness above the ground snow. It was supposed to snow all day, wondering if that is going to happen now, a rather disappointing event given the heavy amounts. One benefit is that of being easy to shovel.
