Heading for hyssop

A female Amegilla cingulata (blue-banded bee) heading for one of her favourite plants - Anise hyssop (Agastache foeniculum). You can tell she's a female because of three things: four blue stripes (males have five), black markings on the face, and pollen collecting on the hind legs.
