Wasp mimic bee - Hyleoides concinna

I thought this was a wasp, resting on a frond of one of the rhapis palms in our Brisbane garden. It appears to have a few grains of pollen on its thorax. I only got two shots before it disppeared in between the roots of the potted palm.

Thanks to Bernhard Jacobi for identifying it as a bee! I will now bee vigilant and hope it turns up again!
