Generation, Y-Wait?
This is just one of the many shots I have of a very tired parental pair teaching their young "the birds and the bees".
This is the "bird" part.
Of course, the rapt attention paid by some may pay off in the future.
The red-breasted nuthatch is one of my favourite species. Perhaps, this shows a little bit of why. Nuthatches are animated, focused and very social.
