The walk in from the Sligachan hotel was about 6 miles and felt neverending, but with a view like this once on the summit, it was worth it.This is the view from the summit of Sgurr na Stri, the best views in Scotland. The view is over Loch Scavaig to the Black Cuillins and Loch Coruisk.
The walk out seemed even longer, but fortunately we had parked the car just steps away from Seumas' Bar. A wonderful final stop for the day to rest and rebalance fluids. Their selection of single malts is something to behold . . . they had a few drams less when we left ;-)
